Don’t underestimate the power of a nice shower!

Whenever I’m having a bad day I am always amazed at the power of a nice shower. Not always easy to find the time for with a baby but it is so worthwhile to squeeze one in when things are tough. I find that the water washes away my problems and I come out feeling rejuvenated.

Such a simple thing but as parents, every alone moment can be a real treasure.
